The Flite Path
Flite was co-founded by three partners based out of the Bay Area. The partners shared a common bond - we wanted the freedom to
spend more time with our FAMILY AND FULLY EXPERIENCE LIFE ON OUR OWN TERMS.
To take advantage of each individual’s experience and expertise, we decided to join together to form a private equity firm with a focus on commercial real estate investments.

About our team
The partners of FLITE brings over 15 years of real estate experience having invested in multifamily, single family homes, flipping, and commercial properties. In addition, we bring over 18 years of experience in the architecture and design profession along with over 11 years of experience in tax and risk assessment.
We utilize our experience and skills in all phases of a project from design to construction to bring added value to our real estate investments.
We’ve managed the design and construction on a range of multi-million dollar project types from multifamily, high end hospitality, corporate/ office facilities, commercial retail, and custom residential.
Our background working at boutique real estate CPA firms allows us to understand and grasp multifamily investments from a unique perspective.
We help investors with complex tax issues to stay ahead of their tax liabilities and work with them on tax planning.
We are well versed in most real estate tax related situations.
We love spending time with our families, being good husbands to our wives and fathers to each of our young children. We enjoy travelling the world, exploring different food destinations, and visiting families and friends in Los Angeles, Hawaii, and South Korea. We are grateful that real estate investing has allowed us to live a lifestyle where we can enjoy these experiences.
